Coach Speckman is the pioneer of the Fly offense and a veteran of more than 40 years in the coaching ranks.  I am Phil Grams I will be entering my 6th season as the Head Coach at Ripon Christian High School. This past season my team once again made the CIF Playoffs and won a 1st round playoff game. In 2022 & 2023, our program won to back to back Sac-Joaquin Section Championships and back to back Section Academic Titles. In 2024, we took 2nd place in the Section Academic Award competition. As a Head Football Coach my career record over 10 years is 88-26. This was my 26th season coaching football. Assistant & OC at Lawrence University and a Head Coach at Capital Christian High School, My teams have accumulated 5 League Championships and 3 Sac-Joaquin Section Titles. 2023 SAL Coach of the year, 3-time GEL Coach of the Year and MaxPreps NorCal Small School Coach of the Year 2014.
