Description
One of the TEN Dynamic Warmups (DWU) in the SST Big 100 exercises. DWU is critical to a comprehensive training session. Always begin every session with DWU. The crab walk is a non-linear football specific exercise. Coaching point is to lead with the lead foot and replace the footprint with the trail foot. "step, replace.......always maintain your base". Add resistance with a strength band and it becomes an excellent training station in itself !
