One of the TEN stabilization exercises in the SST Big 100. An often overlooked unit of training, stabilization training is critical in an overall stength & conditioning program. To be done after e1, e2 or e3 metabolic training.....when the body is "fatigued" from the training session. Training the "little pieces" in the muscle and connective tissue that can lead to minimizing injury potential !
