Description

Are your athletes having difficulty racking a clean ?  The Front Squat may be the answer.  Make sure you are practicing technical front squats WEEKLY in your training microcycle.  Get rock bottom with depth !  Fingers need to be under the bar; upper arm parallel to the floor.  Hint:  if the athlete struggles with this technique go to a single finger under the bar.  Then two, then three and so on.......
