Description
One of the TEN plyometric drills in the SST Big 100. Adding obstacles and non-linear plyometric exercises are a cornerstone of the SST training system. TWO critical components of plyometrics: maximum benefit will occur when set is less than TEN seconds in duration and ground contact time (ammortization phase) is LESS than .2 seconds !
