Lateral A-skip

Description

One of the TEN speed drills in the SST Big 100.  Speed training should be done TWICE weekly, at a minimum, year-round.  Speed should always follow Dynamic Warmup (DWU), and should be done before strength training !  Notice that this drill reinforces the FIVE technical components:  FOCUS the eyes, ROTATE from the shoulder, HIGH FOOT, not high knees, stay on the BALL of the foot and maintain an UPRIGHT body position.
