Split Jump

Description

One of the TEN plyometric exercises in the SST Big 100.  The split jump is an excellent unilateral plyometric.  The drill can be low amplitude (feet close to ground) or high amplitude (feet close to body).  As usual, emphasize minimum ground contact time (ammortization).  Drill should be done in sets of five foot contacts per side or in 10 seconds or less !
